1. Taraflar
Hizmeti sunan ve veri sorumlusu: Melikşah Canlı (gerçek kişi, TikSift'in işletmecisi). İletişim: e-posta

Bu koşullarda "biz", hizmeti sunanı; "sen", hesap açan ve hizmeti kullanan kişiyi anlatır.
2. Hizmet
TikSift, TikTok'ta repostladığın ve kaydettiğin videoları senin oturumunla okuyup bir kitaplıkta toplar ve
tarihe, konuya ve kişiye göre filtrelemeni sağlar. Kitaplığının bir kopyası hesabında saklanır. Hizmet ücretsizdir ve
reklamla desteklenir; ileride ek, ücretli özellikler sunulabilir. Ücretli bir özellik, fiyatı ve koşulları önceden ve
açıkça bildirilmeden ücretlendirilmez.
TikSift bağımsız bir hizmettir; TikTok ile bağlantılı değildir ve TikTok tarafından onaylanmamıştır.
"TikTok" adı yalnız hizmetin ne ile çalıştığını anlatmak için kullanılır.
3. Hesabın
Hesap açmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın; 18 yaşından küçüksen velinin onayı gerekir.
Kendine ait, ulaşabildiğin bir e-posta adresi vermelisin. Her hesap tek bir kişi içindir.
Şifreni kimseyle paylaşma. Hesabında olan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun; yetkisiz bir kullanım fark edersen hemen şifreni değiştir ve bize yaz.
4. Eklenti ve TikTok
Eklenti yalnız senin TikTok oturumunla ve yalnız okuma istekleriyle çalışır; TikTok'ta hiçbir şeyi değiştirmez.
Hizmeti yalnız kendi hesabının ve herkese açık profillerin listeleri için kullanmalısın.
TikTok'u kullanırken TikTok'un kendi koşullarına uymak senin sorumluluğundadır.
TikTok sitesini ya da kurallarını değiştirebilir; bu durumda hizmetin bir kısmı geçici ya da kalıcı olarak
çalışmayabilir. Buna makul sürede uyum sağlamaya çalışırız ama garanti edemeyiz.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Şunları yapmamalısın:
Hizmeti yasalara aykırı ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden amaçlarla kullanmak,
Hizmeti başkalarının verilerini toplu hâlde toplamak, satmak ya da yaymak için kullanmak,
Güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya, başka hesaplara erişmeye ya da hizmeti aşırı yüklemeye çalışmak,
Otomatik araçlarla toplu hesap açmak ya da hesabını başkalarına devretmek, satmak.
6. İçerik ve fikri mülkiyet
Videolar ve onlara ait içerikler sahiplerine aittir; hizmet yalnız bunlara bağlantı verir ve kapaklarını TikTok'un
sunucularından gösterir. Hizmetin yazılımı, tasarımı ve markası bize aittir; bu koşulların izin verdiği kişisel kullanım
dışında kopyalanamaz.
7. Reklamlar ve ücretli özellikler
Uygulamada, yalnız çerez tercihlerinde izin verirsen reklam ortaklarımızın (listesi Çerez Politikası'nda) reklamları
gösterilir. İleride sunulabilecek ücretli
özelliklerde, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve ilgili yönetmeliklerden doğan hakların saklıdır.
8. Hizmetin sürekliliği ve sorumluluk
Hizmeti olduğu gibi ve makul özenle sunarız; kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağını garanti edemeyiz. Kitaplığının bir
kopyası hesabında tutulur, ama önemli gördüğün veriler için uygulamadaki "Yedek al" ile ayrıca dosya yedeği almanı
öneririz. Kasıt ve ağır ihmal hâlleri ile kanunun sınırlanmasına izin vermediği durumlar dışında, TikTok'taki
değişikliklerden, üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin kesintilerinden ya da kontrolümüz dışındaki veri kayıplarından doğan
zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
9. Sona erme
Hesabını istediğin an uygulamanın içinden silebilirsin (Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabımı sil). Bu koşulları
ağır ya da tekrarlanan biçimde ihlal edersen, mümkünse önceden haber vererek hesabını askıya alabilir ya da
kapatabiliriz.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları değiştirebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri yürürlüğe girmeden en az 15 gün önce hesabının e-posta adresine
ya da uygulamada bildiririz. Değişiklikleri kabul etmiyorsan hesabını silebilirsin; kullanmaya devam etmen, yeni
koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar
Bu koşullara Türk hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici sıfatıyla, değeri ilgili yıllık sınırların altında kalan uyuşmazlıklarda
yerleşim yerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyeti'ne, sınırın üstündekilerde Tüketici Mahkemeleri'ne başvurabilirsin.

Terms of Use.
This English version is a translation for convenience; the Turkish version is binding.
These terms are the membership agreement that governs your use of TikSift (the site, the app and the browser extension).
You accept them when you create an account; please read them carefully.
1. Parties
Provider of the service and data controller: Melikşah Canlı (a natural person, the operator of
TikSift). Contact: email unsalableiletisim@gmail.com.
In these terms, "we" means the provider of the service; "you" means the person who creates an account and uses the service.
2. The service
TikSift reads the videos you repost and save on TikTok with your session, gathers them in a library and lets you filter
them by date, topic and person. A copy of your library is stored in your account. The service is free and supported by
ads; additional paid features may be offered in the future. No paid feature is charged without its price and terms being
announced clearly in advance.
TikSift is an independent service; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. The name "TikTok" is used only to
describe what the service works with.
3. Your account
You must be at least 13 to create an account; if you are under 18, you need your parent's or guardian's consent.
You must give an email address that is yours and that you can reach. Each account is for a single person.
Do not share your password. You are responsible for what happens in your account; if you notice unauthorized use, change your password at once and write to us.
4. The extension and TikTok
The extension works only with your TikTok session and only with read requests; it changes nothing on TikTok.
You may use the service only for the lists of your own account and of public profiles.
When you use TikTok, following TikTok's own terms is your responsibility.
TikTok may change its site or rules; part of the service may then stop working temporarily or permanently. We try to
adapt within a reasonable time but cannot guarantee it.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
Use the service for unlawful purposes or purposes that violate others' rights,
Use the service to collect, sell or spread other people's data in bulk,
Try to get around security measures, access other accounts or overload the service,
Create accounts in bulk with automated tools, or transfer or sell your account to others.
6. Content and intellectual property
Videos and their content belong to their owners; the service only links to them and shows their covers from TikTok's
servers. The service's software, design and brand belong to us; beyond the personal use these terms allow, they may not
be copied.
7. Ads and paid features
Ads from our ad partners (listed in the Cookie Policy) are shown in the app only if you allow them in the cookie
settings. For paid features that may be
offered in the future, your rights under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations are
reserved.
8. Continuity of the service and liability
We provide the service as is and with reasonable care; we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
A copy of your library is kept in your account, but for data you consider important we recommend also saving a file
backup with the app's "Back up". Except in cases of intent and gross negligence and where the law does not allow
limitation, we are not liable for damage arising from changes on TikTok, outages of third-party services or data loss
beyond our control.
9. Termination
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time (Settings → Account → Delete my account).
If you breach these terms seriously or repeatedly, we may suspend or close your account, with notice in advance where
possible.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. We announce important changes at least 15 days before they take effect, to your account's
email address or in the app. If you do not accept the changes you can delete your account; continuing to use the service
means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law. As a consumer, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee of your place
of residence for disputes below the relevant annual thresholds, and to the Consumer Courts above them.

Diese Bedingungen sind der Mitgliedschaftsvertrag, der deine Nutzung von TikSift (Website, App und Browser-Erweiterung)

In diesen Bedingungen bezeichnet „wir“ den Anbieter des Dienstes und „du“ die Person, die ein Konto erstellt und den Dienst nutzt.
2. Der Dienst
TikSift liest die Videos, die du auf TikTok repostest und speicherst, mit deiner Sitzung, sammelt sie in einer
Bibliothek und lässt dich nach Datum, Thema und Person filtern. Eine Kopie deiner Bibliothek wird in deinem Konto
gespeichert. Der Dienst ist kostenlos und wird durch Werbung finanziert; künftig können zusätzliche kostenpflichtige
Funktionen angeboten werden. Eine kostenpflichtige Funktion wird nicht berechnet, ohne dass Preis und Bedingungen vorher
klar mitgeteilt wurden.
TikSift ist ein unabhängiger Dienst; er steht in keiner Verbindung zu TikTok und wird nicht von TikTok unterstützt. Der
Name „TikTok“ wird nur verwendet, um zu beschreiben, womit der Dienst arbeitet.
3. Dein Konto
Für ein Konto musst du mindestens 13 Jahre alt sein; unter 18 brauchst du die Zustimmung deiner Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten.
Du musst eine E-Mail-Adresse angeben, die dir gehört und die du erreichst. Jedes Konto ist für eine einzelne Person.
Gib dein Passwort nicht weiter. Für Vorgänge in deinem Konto bist du verantwortlich; bemerkst du eine unbefugte Nutzung, ändere sofort dein Passwort und schreib uns.
4. Die Erweiterung und TikTok
Die Erweiterung arbeitet nur mit deiner TikTok-Sitzung und nur mit Leseanfragen; sie ändert nichts auf TikTok.
Du darfst den Dienst nur für die Listen deines eigenen Kontos und öffentlicher Profile nutzen.
Bei der Nutzung von TikTok bist du selbst dafür verantwortlich, die Bedingungen von TikTok einzuhalten.
TikTok kann seine Website oder Regeln ändern; dann kann ein Teil des Dienstes vorübergehend oder dauerhaft nicht
funktionieren. Wir versuchen, uns in angemessener Zeit anzupassen, können das aber nicht garantieren.
5. Zulässige Nutzung
Du darfst Folgendes nicht tun:
Den Dienst für rechtswidrige Zwecke oder Zwecke nutzen, die die Rechte anderer verletzen,
Den Dienst nutzen, um Daten anderer massenhaft zu sammeln, zu verkaufen oder zu verbreiten,
Versuchen, Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu umgehen, auf andere Konten zuzugreifen oder den Dienst zu überlasten,
Mit automatisierten Werkzeugen massenhaft Konten erstellen oder dein Konto an andere übertragen oder verkaufen.
6. Inhalte und geistiges Eigentum
Videos und ihre Inhalte gehören ihren Inhabern; der Dienst verlinkt sie nur und zeigt ihre Vorschaubilder von den
Servern von TikTok. Software, Design und Marke des Dienstes gehören uns; über die persönliche Nutzung hinaus, die diese
Bedingungen erlauben, dürfen sie nicht kopiert werden.
7. Werbung und kostenpflichtige Funktionen
In der App wird Werbung unserer Werbepartner (Liste in der Cookie-Richtlinie) nur angezeigt, wenn du in den
Cookie-Einstellungen zustimmst. Bei künftig
angebotenen kostenpflichtigen Funktionen bleiben deine Rechte nach dem türkischen Verbraucherschutzgesetz Nr. 6502 und
den zugehörigen Verordnungen unberührt.
8. Verfügbarkeit des Dienstes und Haftung
Wir stellen den Dienst so bereit, wie er ist, und mit angemessener Sorgfalt; dass er unterbrechungs- oder fehlerfrei
ist, können wir nicht garantieren. Eine Kopie deiner Bibliothek liegt in deinem Konto, für Daten, die dir wichtig sind,
empfehlen wir aber zusätzlich ein Datei-Backup mit „Backup erstellen“ in der App. Außer bei Vorsatz und grober
Fahrlässigkeit und wo das Gesetz keine Beschränkung zulässt, haften wir nicht für Schäden durch Änderungen bei TikTok,
Ausfälle von Diensten Dritter oder Datenverluste außerhalb unserer Kontrolle.
9. Beendigung
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App löschen (Einstellungen → Konto → Mein Konto löschen).
Verstößt du schwer oder wiederholt gegen diese Bedingungen, können wir dein Konto, wenn möglich nach vorheriger
Ankündigung, sperren oder schließen.
10. Änderungen
Wir können diese Bedingungen ändern. Wichtige Änderungen kündigen wir mindestens 15 Tage vor Inkrafttreten an die
E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos oder in der App an. Akzeptierst du die Änderungen nicht, kannst du dein Konto löschen; wenn
du den Dienst weiter nutzt, akzeptierst du die neuen Bedingungen.
11. Anwendbares Recht und Streitigkeiten
Für diese Bedingungen gilt türkisches Recht. Als Verbraucher kannst du dich bei Streitigkeiten unterhalb der jeweiligen
jährlichen Wertgrenzen an die Verbraucherschiedsstelle (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) deines Wohnorts und oberhalb davon an
die Verbrauchergerichte wenden.
